Community Guidelines

A forum is only as good as its members. A few simple rules keep this one useful.

Do

  • Give details: instrument type, make/model, range, process conditions, what you expected and what you see.
  • Share what worked: when your problem is solved, post the fix so the next person benefits.
  • Be respectful. Everyone was a beginner once.

Don't

  • Post confidential company documents, drawings or client information.
  • Post spam, advertising, or links to pirated standards or software.
  • Be abusive or post offensive content, even anonymously.
  • Share personal information about yourself or others.
Safety first. Advice on the forum comes from other members and is not verified. Always follow your site's procedures, permit-to-work system and the applicable standards. Never bypass a safety system on the strength of a forum post.

Moderation

Any member can report a post. Reported posts are hidden right away and reviewed by a moderator, who restores or removes them. Repeated abuse may lead to posts being removed without notice.
